"I purchased my residence in Simi Valley during the height of the pandemic in August 2020.  I saw the house for sale on Realtor.com and immediately contacted Sandra McDuffie to get me an appointment to see it asap.  The appt was 3pm the next day.  Sandra was on top of all the new requirements for showing the place to me.   Long story short, she worked hard that weekend to get my offer out and it was accepted in the next couple days.  Sandra was on her toes for the entire experience and kept me in line with expectations and requirements.  The whole experience was smooth.  I signed a lot of documents during that time and she made sure I knew what they were and what needed to be signed and when.
